Sacré-Davey Lands Project Management Contract for Largest Middle East Electrical Appliances Industrial Complex
Chris Sacré, President of Sacré-Davey, is pleased to announce that In May 2007, National Industries Complex (NIC) awarded Sacré-Davey a contract for Project Management Services in support of their electrical appliances complex to be constructed in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates. The complex is considered the largest of its type in the Middle East and will occupy more than 700,000 square meters in the Industrial City of Abu Dhabi (ICADII). In addition to engineering review, Sacré-Davey currently works with NIC on an integrated team to manage the diverse range of complex, multi-disciplinary projects within the industrial complex.
"This contract is a recognition of the good work Sacré-Davey has provided to NIC partners over the past two years," said Sacré-Davey Group International executive director Jalal Abdenour P.Eng. He added, that "it is a privilege to continue our relationship with a client that shares our principles, integrity and sense of professionalism in the way they conduct their business".
The plant is scheduled to start production in mid 2008.
